Setup Guide

First-time setup

    Install from Play Store

    Use the badge above or search "Scan & Pay" on Google Play. Requires Android 8.0 or later.

    Sign in with merchant credentials

    Use your Scan & Pay credentials. Don't have an account yet? Sign up at merchant.scanandpay.com.au.

    Generate your first QR code

    Tap "New payment", enter an amount, and the app shows a QR code on screen.

    Test with a $1 payment

    Scan the QR yourself, complete the payment, and confirm it lands in the app.

Daily use

    Open the app, tap "New payment"

    The merchant app stays signed in; one tap starts a new transaction.

    Enter the amount

    Type the amount on the keypad. The QR appears automatically.

  3. 3

    Customer scans, taps link, Passkey, paid ✓

    Returning customers confirm with a passkey — payment completes in seconds via the NPP network.

  4. 4

    View transaction history anytime

    Refunds, reprints, and end-of-day reports are one tap from the transaction list.
