Installation

From WordPress Plugin Directory (Recommended)

  1. 1Log in to your WordPress admin dashboard.
  2. 2Go to Plugins → Add New.
  3. 3Search for "Scan & Pay".
  4. 4Click Install Now, then Activate.
Download from WordPress.org

Manual Installation

  1. 1Download the plugin ZIP from WordPress.org.
  2. 2Go to Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin.
  3. 3Upload the ZIP file and click Install Now.
  4. 4Activate the plugin.

Configuration

    Go to WooCommerce → Settings → Payments.

    Click Scan & Pay to configure.

  3. 3

    Sign in to merchant.scanandpay.com.au and navigate to Settings to find your credentials.

    Copy your credentials and paste into WooCommerce → Settings → Payments → Scan & Pay:

    API Base URLhttps://api.scanandpay.com.au
    Merchant IDYour unique merchant identifier
    PayIDYour registered PayID (email, ABN, or phone)
    API SecretFor authenticating API calls
    Webhook SecretFor verifying payment confirmations

    Enable the gateway and Save changes.

Testing Your Setup

Run a test transaction before going live:

  1. 1. Create a test order with a small amount ($0.01)
  2. 2. Select "Scan & Pay" at checkout
  3. 3. Complete the payment using the displayed QR code
  4. 4. Verify the order status updates to "Processing" or "Completed"
