Setup guide

What you'll do

    Unbox the terminal

    Remove the device, charger and quick-start card.

  2. 2

    Connect to power and Wi-Fi

    Plug it in, follow the on-screen Wi-Fi setup and let it finish updating.

  3. 3

    Link it to your account

    Open the Scan & Pay POS app on the terminal and follow the on-screen steps to link it to your account in the Business Portal. Not a merchant yet? Sign up.

  4. 4

    Take a small test payment

    Scan the QR Pass yourself, pay a small amount and check that it appears in the Business Portal.

  5. 5

    Setup complete

    Setup is complete when the terminal shows it is ready.

What customers do

    See the amount

    At checkout, the terminal shows the amount and a QR Pass.

  2. 2

    Scan the QR Pass

    The phone camera opens the Scan & Pay payment page — no app to install.

  3. 3

    Pay with PayTo PayID

    The customer follows the payment steps shown after scanning.

  4. 4

    Get a digital receipt

    The customer can open a digital receipt.

Daily operation

  • Power on at the start of trade — the Scan & Pay POS app opens automatically.
  • Payments appear as customers pay.
  • Open the transaction list to issue a refund.
  • If a terminal is lost or stolen, remove it from your account in the Business Portal straight away.

Tip: Take a small test payment on your first day to confirm everything works before you serve customers.
