What you'll do

    Unbox the terminal

    Remove the device, charger, and quick-start card.

    Connect to power and Wi-Fi

    Plug it in, follow the on-screen Wi-Fi setup, and let it finish updating.

    Sign in to the merchant app

    Enter your Scan & Pay merchant credentials. Not signed up yet? Create your account.

  4. 4

    Run a $1 test payment

    Scan the QR yourself, complete the payment, and confirm it lands in your dashboard.

    You're live

    Start serving customers. No further configuration needed.

What customers do

    Choose to pay

    At checkout, the customer-facing screen shows the amount and a QR code.

    Scan the QR on the customer screen

    Phone camera opens a payment link — no app install required.

  3. 3

    Tap link → Passkey → paid ✓

    Returning customers confirm with a passkey and the payment settles in seconds via the NPP network.

    Digital PDF invoice

    The customer gets a digital PDF invoice automatically — no paper, no printer needed.

Daily operation

  • Power on at the start of trade — the merchant app auto-launches.
  • View transactions in real time as customers pay.
  • Pull the end-of-day report from the menu when you close.
  • Refunds and reprints are one tap away from the transaction list.
